Postage and Returns


I use Stripe to process card payments. I also accept Paypal. Please note you do not need a paypal account or need to create a paypal account to buy from The Woolly Rabbit. Payment is via Paypal however you do not need a paypal account, you can make payment as a guest of paypal.  There is a choice of paypal or Card Payment. Paypal will simply process your payment from your debit card, credit card or if you have one your paypal account.


The postage will be calculated automatically based on the weight of your items.

I post items via Royal mail 1st class (with proof of postage) within the UK which takes an average of 1-2 working days. However it can take up to 15 working days to arrive. If the item has still not arrived within 15 workings days please contact me. I always obtain proof of postage so I can check your order status for you. Please check Royal mail hasn't left a delivery card and is holding your parcel at their sorting office.


Larger items are sent either Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery or Parcel Force 48 hour tracked.

For International postage, I use International small packet , Please allow up to 25 working days for delivery. Most international parcels are received within one to two weeks. I do not accept responsibility for Customs duty or confiscation.. Orders sent outside the UK are sent at your risk. 

Please also note that if for some reason the postage cost for International shipping is in excess of what has been quoted, I reserve the right to cancel the order and amend it to show the correct postage fee. And in the same token, if I have over estimated the postage, I will refund you the difference. 

I post items Monday - Friday, I do not post on Weekends.

Delivery Address

If you provide me with a wrong delivery address I cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result. Please make sure your delivery address is correct before purchasing.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the product to me within 14 days of delivery. Please note I can only accept a return if the item is in its original re-saleable packaging, and in unused condition. On receiving the returned item, I will  process your refund within 5 working days. Please note it takes the card payment processor up to 10 working days to process your refund once I have issued it.

Securely repackage your item including your name, address, date of purchase  and place a return address label on the parcel (in case Royal Mail misplace it and send it back to you). I strongly recommend that you use a signed for service to return the item as I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. At the very least, please ensure you obtain proof of postage as this will enable you to reclaim the postage fee from Royal Mail.  Without proof of postage I cannot refund you if the parcel gets lost. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty Items

If there is a fault with the item, please contact me so we can discuss how to best resolve it to your satisfaction. Please provide a photograph via email of the issue. I can replace, exchange or refund the item once I have received the faulty item back (I will refund your return postage on faulty items) but please do ask for proof of postage when returning it the item.
